8/12/2026, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

10:30 - 10:45 get kids in, drop supplies, name tags with teacher name (I think teachers have them fill out a online form for parent contact & student info)  
10:45- 11:15 Presentation for parents in MPR 
*Students lined up right outside of the MPR for parents to walk over to classroom
11:15 - 11:45 Classroom visits/meet their teacher - visit both teachers classrooms (most likely done earlier - probably will not take 30 minutes!)

*Schedule Noon Supervisor Support 10:30 - 11:30  (1 hour) 
*PTA Volunteers to help with greeting and tables/name tags 
*PTA Hospitality Set Up  
*PTA Rep to Encourage Families to Join PTA
