When

8/12/2026, 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM

8:00 - 8:15 get kids in, drop supplies, name tags with teacher name (I think teachers have them fill out a online form for parent contact & student info) 
8:15 - 8:45 Presentation for parents in MPR
8:45 - 9:15 Classroom visits/meet their teacher 

*Schedule Noon Supervisor Support 8:00-9:00 (1 hour)
*PTA Volunteers to help with greeting and tables/name tags
*PTA Hospitality Set Up 
*PTA Rep to Encourage Families to Join PTA
