Our lost and found is officially in full explosion mode, and while that always makes me a little sad (because it means jackets, lunch boxes, and water bottles are missing their way home), I know it can be frustrating for families too. So we are calling on our Golden heroes to help save the day.
Lost and Found Monthly Volunteer Squad Needed
We are looking for one or two volunteers (the more the merrier) who would be willing to come in once a month to help us wrangle the lost and found back into shape so students and families can actually find what they are missing. We currently have three overflowing racks and could use some extra helping hands.
Volunteer help would include:
- Organizing clothing and supplies
- Returning items with student names on them to students
- Packing items for donation two to three times a year
- Helping organize before big family events so families can search for missing items
This is a flexible, easy volunteer opportunity that can be scheduled at a time that works best for you. If you are interested in joining our Lost and Found Hero Squad, please call the office or email me directly. Other families will be forever grateful.
