Dear Golden Families,

As we head into our final week of school, I can't help but reflect on what an incredible year this has been. Our theme, "Shine Bright, Stay Golden," wasn't just a slogan. It became part of who we are. Throughout the year, our students shined brightly through their learning, kindness, perseverance, and leadership, and together, we continued the tradition of what makes Golden such a special place.

This year was filled with unforgettable moments, celebrations, and accomplishments. Whether it was in the classroom, on the stage, on the playground, at family events, or during schoolwide celebrations, our students reminded us every day of the joy and possibility that comes from a caring community working together.

Thank you for being such an important part of that community. Your partnership, encouragement, and support make all the difference. Whether you volunteered in a classroom, attended an event, helped with homework, or simply sent your child to school each day ready to learn, you helped create the magic that makes Golden shine. I truly adore your children, and I will miss seeing their smiling faces over the summer.

For our sixth grade families, as your children prepare for their next adventure, please know that they will always be part of the Golden family. Once a Golden Eagle, always a Golden Eagle. We are so proud of them and cannot wait to hear about all the amazing things they will accomplish.

As summer begins, I hope your family finds time to rest, recharge, make memories, and enjoy being together. One small reminder: 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Our office will officially close on July 1st and reopen on July 21st. If you need anything over the summer, please don't hesitate to email me or our office staff.

Dear Golden Families,

Wow! We have just 9 short days left in the school year, and there’s still so much fun and excitement ahead, along with a few important assessments to help wrap up our trimester grades. I can honestly say how proud I am of our Golden Eagles. This year has been an incredible privilege, and I feel so lucky to be part of a school that truly feels like a family. Thank you for being such an important part of our team! Watching your students grow and thrive is the absolute best part of my job.

Just a quick reminder: this Friday is a minimum day with dismissal at 12:45 PM. Teachers will be using the afternoon to finalize grades and complete report cards.

I’m looking forward to another amazing week at Golden. Let’s continue to finish the year strong together!
